KAB’s New Intern – Samantha

KAB Has a New Intern THis Summer! Meet Samantha
My name is Samantha Herman. I am originally from New Philadelphia, Ohio, but moved to Kent, Ohio last summer to finish my college education at Kent State University. I am a marketing major and I will be starting off my senior year this fall. I also have an interest in protecting our environment and finding new ways to be more sustainable. My post-graduation plans are to either continue my education to receive my master’s degree or to apply for law school to practice environmental law. One day I hope to make a difference, whether it is big or small!
When I am not at work or the library studying, I am at home playing fetch or watching Netflix with my Cat, Lily. She is a very spoiled, spunky cat that I adopted this past fall after fostering her for a short time. In my downtime, I also enjoy playing volleyball, going on long walks and traveling with my friends and family. If it has anything to do with being outside or experiencing something new, count me in.
As much as I love to be on the beach and exploring the world around me, one of my favorite places to go every summer is Cedar Point. After my initial visit 8 years ago, I could not stop going back. Nothing beats the feeling you get after going down the first hill!
