KAB Living Memorials & Tributes are distinctive ways to remember or honor a special person. Individuals or organizations can make donations to KAB Living Memorials & Tributes in the name of a family member or friend who has died, or to honor a living individual or individuals. For either reason, KAB Living Memorials & Tributes are a special way to honor people, and they make a very important contribution to the public land beautification of Akron. Through your donation, you show your concern for enhancing the quality of life in this city.

When you make a tax-deductible donation to KAB Living Memorials & Tributes, the money is contributed to the KAB Flowerscape fund. Flowerscape is a beautification project that involves the planting and maintenance of public flowerbeds in high-visibility areas adjacent to and in downtown Akron. Your gift will be used for the planting and summer maintenance of the more than 24 urban Flowerscape sites.

Since the Flowerscape project began in 1982, it has generated a very positive response. It has demonstrated the deep-rooted desire of the community to improve the quality of life in our area. Flowerscape is completely funded by the private sector. It relies on funds annually from foundation grants and corporate gifts, as well as donations by civic organizations and individuals. By making a contribution to KAB Living Memorials & Tributes, you are helping the Flowerscape program to flourish.
