Our Green the Scene party is almost here! We’re excited and we hope you are too. If you have not bought a ticket it’s not too late! Tickets are still available here. We don’t want anyone to miss out – so we will also be accepting payment at the door.
Green the Scene will take place at The Akron Art Museum in the Bud and Susie Rodgers Garden located at 1 S. High St. Akron, OH 44308. The event will begin at 5 p.m. and end at approximately 8:30 p.m.
There will be food provided by Swensons Food Truck, as well as soft drinks, beer, and wine all included with your ticket.
Worried about where to park? Complimentary valet will be provided! You can also park for free yourself at the High Street Garage (across from the Art Museum entrance).
There are no physical tickets for this event. Don’t worry – you didn’t lose them! We will have a guest list at the door. If you or your company bought tickets, then your name will be on the list. The suggested attire for this event is business casual.
Don’t forget your smart phone! Our silent auction will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m, and will be featured on an online bidding website that will allow you to bid on items using your mobile device or computer from anywhere. The silent auction features items like sports bundles, unique Akron-only experiences, gift certificates, and so much more. The silent auction is live now – you can check out the items here!
You won’t want to miss the live auction portion – taking place at 6:30 p.m. Items like a jersey and sneakers worn by LeBron James, a vacation home in Lake Chautauqua, and a personalized landscape plan from the KAB crew (including installation and two custom pots!) will be featured.
If you are the winner of any of the auction items, payment can be made via check, cash, or credit card.
We hope to see you there!
